rubber/metal trim along pop-up roof holdsworth villa 1988

Hi all, this is my first use of the site. We bought our T25 Holdsworth Villa 2 years ago, lately when raising the roof the rubber trim along the edges has stared to hang, any idea where we could get a replacement?
On a few occasion the pop up elevation has shown signs of damp, 2 sides are solid fibreglass wheras the front and back sides are made of some 'reinforced fabric', anybody knows if these could be replaced?
We are totally new at VW campervan, we love ours but no doubt many more questions to come. Thanks all
