Recommendations Please on Complete Suspension Packages

Post by Mickyfin »

Looking around the web at the various suspension packages available for my Syncro, there are quite a few price differences, so this got me thinking, before I splash out on a kit, I thought it in my best interest to ask you guys what you recommend.

So what experiences have you on the various suspension packages out there? Im looking for a complete set up, shocks, and springs, and wish to keep the stock ride height of my Syncro. I do not wish to lower it at all.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on what you plan to do with it.. std suspension rides and performs well in amost situations.. for lighter vans caravelles and pickups.. so just fit good quality replacement shocks..
Heavier campers etc can benefit from stiffer springs and shocks.. and a lift is good when driving more challenging terrain..

Basically, I would like to replace the whole suspension set up with stock, or for like components. My main usage is mainly for road, but with the odd off roading.

there`s been a fair bit of discussion on this lately. have a read of the andreas thread. if the van is staying std ish then o/e shocks and springs from baxter will take some beating. only compromised if the van gets very heavy. :ok

That sound good to me, will stick with Mr Baxter then as Im getting my exhaust from him too, just hope he can work something out for the lot in the way of shipping costs for me.
