springs are standard kev , when i got the van the front springs were lowered and the rear standard so i got new front springs and changed front and rear shocks

then the springs are not the same... nothing else could cause that much splay but a wrong or duff spring, except what they sit on jeff.

cheers kev think i'll take the springs off today and check them if i cant see anything wrong i'll swap them to the opposite sides and see if the osr wheel splays out

Are you sure that it's got nothing to do with how/where you are parked.
Is it level, you can get some odd angles if there's a camber.
Have you driven it since you jacked it up last?

It looks the same wherever i park it, i thought it was a wheel bearing to start with now im not to sure , drove it to work today and it still splayed so its springs off when i get home

When you sort your problem Jeff, if you want to get a final check done then Selly Oak Tyres have a superb bit of kit in the way of 4 wheel alignment setting. They have just done a check on mine and corrected a massive toe out problem for 30 smackers. They even dragged up South African alignment figures which amazed me.

Have you got a spirit level? Place it against the tyre at the bottom and measure the gap from vertical at the top.

think ive found the problem, when i got the van i noticed the sill was damaged but i had a good look today and i think the trailing arm may be bent looks like its been dropped off a kerb

going to get e new one from brickwerks , thinking about it though if it was that causing it i would have seen some tyre wear but tyres are ok

It's not the jacking point/mounting it's what it fastens to that seems to have given way.
