Funny website design that, it doesn't make it at all clear where they are  No "Contact us" details and no address (or map) clearly shown. Just academic from my point of view as I don't live near Wolverhampton.

I have never owned a Derv burner, so cannot really contribute to the O.P.'s question, other than to say I am happy with our LPG'd WBX :)

Without interfering in Kev and Adrian's love-in I would add that in Switzerland and parts of Brittany we have found it hard to find lpg, we don't let it worry us because you have the option to run on petrol at any time you choose. Running a tank of petrol through the system (in addition to the occasional 10 miles per month you're recommended to do) certainly does the system no harm.

In Eire can be a bit hit and miss too, Clare only has two stations last time I was there, it would have been a 50 mile round trip to get some, from where I was to Oranmore.

Believe me I wish I could buy it in bulk.
I thank my determination, to get the biggest tank possible into the van, to be able to take advantage of this

there's a contact email at the bottom "click here" for more info... and this site is a subsite of the main page on a separate window.

For what it's worth i think the reason we can get LPG pretty cheap around here is the fact that there are 3 places selling it within about 5mls so none of them can afford to put the prices up too high.

I filled up myself Saturday at Carvers and it was still 57ppl.

64.9p in Dover, 51.9cents in Belgium, 84.9 in Germany. I hope Poland becomes cheaper :-)

Saved a fortune compared to petrol though :-)

I always read these debates about fuel, mainly because I have owned them all and one thing is for sure. Not one of you actually tell the whole truth

My "whole truth" is that on our drive to Poland we saved £250 and we still have the return trip to make  :D

Thanks Gasure LPG conversion will be paid for in this year for sure.

But really which ever fuel you use depends on how you want to use your van. For us we do long trips a few times a year and use as a daily drive and LPG is the best solution for US but maybe not the solution for everyone.

I've never driven a petrol or a gassed van.......but don't you think the way the different engines deliver their power is a factor.

I love the low down torque that's available in a tdi........
Would like to drive a 2.1 petrol as everyone speaks highly of how well they go. Interesting comparison.
