Wheelchair anchor points

Post by jamiesmack »

Hello all,

First post on the forums here. I am going to collect my first t25 tomorrow. to say I cant wait is an understatement!! I was just wondering if its possible to have wheelchair anchor points fitted in a t25?

Its not essential, as We will usually be taking our other vehicle to take our son in, but to be able to have the option to use the camper would be great.

Many thanks

Jamie :)

Hi Jamie.
It is only my opinion but I don't see why not. I used to work in the mobility sector and have seen many different fittings. Have a word with a mobility supplier to see what the current requirement are, I'm sure they will point you in the right direction.
Regards, Kenny.
I don't know where I am, but I'm having a lovely time!

I believe my van was originally used by a wheel chair user (its an auto, and I'm not sure if he/she was the driver,
There are a two parallel lines of bolt holes in the rear floor area.
One line is between the front seats and the middle row of seats, they may have located a power lift or a wheelchair.
Next time I see the PO Ill ask if he knows.

I have a Microbus which I have fitted with Unwin tracking, ostensibly so that my middle row seats are easily removeable. However, as this is the same tracking as we use in mobility buses for Ring and Ride, it means that the vehicle is fully suited to use with wheelchairs.

This is the floor of my 'bus

or cheaper generic kit from
