heeelp is my gearbox dying

hi i have a 1.6 d with abd gearbox crunching into gears stops if i ticklle the throttle a bit while engaging but there is also a grinding sound now coming from box sometimes still there if i dip the clutch any help appreciated dave

poss worn clutch / spigot bearing.

try draining the oil on the box, the drain bung has a magnet to catch loose innards.
if there is more than small bits on it your probably in trouble , also if the oil is filled with gold flakes your in trouble.
if it dont look to bad try new oil.
