Yes, arm rests all round at the moment, but I'm looking for a Caravelle folding bed (not Multivan type), so I'm not sure how long they'll be there.
Don't think I could manage a LPG DIY, but that's on hold until April anyway, when I come into my hard-saved millions (yeah, right). I'll try to get a few more pics up soon.

Out the middle seats in (God, they're heavy), and managed to scratch the otherwise pristine aliding door while I was doing it. Off to Pembrey on a mass camp.

To stop the swaying in the wind get yourself a set of poly steering bushes from brickwerks. These make a massive difference to this and its probably the best upgrade available pound for pound.
They Are only about £30 for a set and take about half an hour to fit.

Is there anything special about the bolts that hold those poly bushes in?
Would like stainless if I'm replacing them...

Using stainless bolts to hold on your steering rack would be suicide. Use the bolts that are there already. Stainless steel does not have the same properties as the steel used in the original bolts.

Useful to know...
Had heard that stainless can't be used on suspension components due to lower strength or brittleness maybe.
Wasn't sure whether steering rack should be included in that rule but am now.

Back from my boy's annual class camping trip to Pembrey. Went off road - does driving on the grass count? A windy weekend, and the bus definitely wanders in cross winds, so I may well look into those bushes, otherwise no problems. Still trying to get my head round the heater controls, though. They look simple, but are actually as fiendishly complicated as a Rubic Cube. You can get two right, three right even, but that fourth one just won't fit properly. Also, the bus seems a little short of grunt in second and third gear, though it pulls well from stationary, and will break the 70mph speed limit easily enough. The Fiesta has been sold. It went on an internal NHS website, and sold in about two minutes. Still have the Beetle at the moment. Maybe I can hide it behind the Syncro.

Forgot to say, I suffered a breakage. The winder on the driver's window snapped off.
