Spar in town should be pretty well stocked, there's 2 butchers selling local meat, small Mace and Chemist, Bakery is unfortunately shut, chippie and cafe/evening Pizzaplace, plus 3 pubs, big car park just past the middle of town on right usually lots of space on lower section by nature/picnic area, some parking in town centre locals use double yellows but may be warden about for festival
there are free public conveniences opposite the car park in town
next nearest Spar is Llansantfraid 6miles, bit bigger, not sure about Meiford, lpg at 4 Crosses, I'll go Weds and get some check the £ and find out what bottled gas they have, no Calor in town here
There's various stuff here for peeps to collect from the workshop, it'll be open over the weekend so toilet and shower available and any bits people suddenly need, and I guess if anyone breaks a gearbox we can bring it back here and rebuild it in the evening if it rains

In the valley only Orange and T mobile work, 2 1/2G signal at best, on the top slightly better coverage, 3G at Llansantfraid and beyond
