Travelling tools and spares

Post by Joju »

Hello all

we will soon be back on the road again in the army bus. We will be travelling for quite long periods in europe, and I wondered what equipment, tools or spares people would recommend to carry.

I have a basic socket set and screwdrivers, spare fuses, and I have been advised to carry a spare diesel cut off solenoid, as we had trouble with this before.

can anyone add any other items which have proved invaluable in the field?

There's some ideas about this in the wiki:

That is great, thanks.

I like the idea of a mutli meter. Is that what Dick Dastardly uses?
