I need to change my front seat belts as my current ones take ages to retract and are looking a little bit past their best.
I've looked around and I can only see the Securon ones that are sold by companies such as JustKampers. I have a Securon seat belt in the back of the van and I am happy with it, but I am concerned that the front belt they sell has a 45CM stalk on it, when the one I current have the stalks are possibly 10 at the most. I would have thought that the clip would be resting on the seat.
Has anyone else fitted these replacement belts in the front of their camper and if so are they happy with them?
Cheers
Charles

Re: Front Seat Belts
I fitted a Securon into mine when the retract mechanism of the original snapped.
A week later, I gave up on it and used Ebay to source an original replacement. The action on the originals is far superior to Securon. By that, I mean the clipping of the belt into the buckle. Naughtily, I often tend to do this whilst on the move and the original gives a more reassuring click into place.
