I've just fitted a 1Z for a customer of Aidans, using a VW TDI flywheel, LUK TDI pressure plate and LUK WBX friction plate. I'm finding it has slight clutch drag. I adjusted the clevis/pushrod, and bled the clutch, and checked its giving full movement at the slave (15mm). It's pointing toward an issue with the clutch.
Has anyone come across such a problem ?

Can't rule that out I suppose but need to get 'box off to find the cause. Will be doing that in a few weeks when refurb box is ready, taking a break from the job now. Engine seems good, so just the trans side of things to sort. Plus TDI PAS->T3 TD plumbing.
