choke stepped cam retainer

Post by mrdandandan »

Hi everybody,

I was replacing my carb gaskets and testing the vac units on my pierburg 2e3 when I noticed the retainer piece with the two arms and springs attached that halts the stepped cam was bent on the thinner of the two (the one that doesn't catch the springs.
The stepped cam had slipped. Does anybody have a pic of the assembly in the right order or have I got it right in my reassembly?

here's looking at the assembly from below, Retainer arm is bent back to shape in this pic. 'steps ' are to the right in the pic:

it seems the correct way?

any help appreciated
