Not sure, last year I used the VW oil the garage sold me for my Golf TDi, I had bought 5 litres the previous year for the an oil change on the Golf but had it done at the garage instead whilst it was in for something else.
I think it was 5/40w quantum platinum

4000rpm is where the rev counter goes from solid green to fuzzy green
this isn't where I would be 'cruizing' 70mph is just a tad fast for even a DJ and your fuel consumption will drop quite significantly at this speed.....take it back a notch to 60mph (about 3250rpm) and you will be in the sweet spot....good fuel consumption and a happy engine.....in my opinion.Martin
