changing my log book from van to camper

:idea hi how do i go about changing my log book to camper from panel van.do i need photos all do you just phone the dvla and let them know thanks for any help. :idea

I just told Adrian Flux mine was a camper converted from a van and they were fine with that. As were all the other companies I rang for quotes.
Tin top C reg van to camper conversion. 1.9 golf tdi conversion.

The insurance companies won't be that bothered. But even if you're not bothered what your logbook says be aware that if your van is registered on your V5 as a panelvan then it is considered a commercial vehicle and you should drive at commercial speed limits.

So log book aside, what are the advantages of camper or van on the log book. Do you get cheaper road tax !!??!?!?!?!? :D
