jx oil filler, 2WD-4WD the same?

Are they the same? I've looked up the part numbers, which are the same bar the letter suffix at the end. One is b, the other c.
Does any one actually know if there is any difference though?

length and subtle angle difference as syncro engine sits 2" lower than 2wd, but you see plenty syncros with 2wd ones in, makes topping up even more faffy but at least it's through the flap
