Plastic plug at bottom of kitchen panel

Quick question - before I put the kitchen back in, should I remove the plastic plug/s at the bottom of the panel that goes into the chassis member, so any condensation can escape?

I presume it's there for a reason but IIRC other people have drilled extra holes, so if that can be done, surely the plug can be removed also?

It is a drop vent for gas if you have a leak. I would leave it if it is in a compartment.

No, I think it's factory fitted - similar to the plugs you get at the bottom of the pillars. It blocks a hole to the O/S chassis beam.

keep it blocked in my opinion, just make sure you have ad rop hole for the gas
