fake westfalia.

Post by dcfb77 »

Is this silly money if its in good nick?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Volkswagen-VW ... 0693345050" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Reading the advert is interesting. My favourite being "the Gearbox can be switched to clean and soft".

Wish mine had that....I'll take either of the 2.

That guy always seems to have one for sale with lots of photos like that. The price gradually drops week by week if no one buys it.
As for value, depends how badly some one wants it. It doesnt mention any of the running gear being reconned.
i reckon the only thing that should have a 17k price tag is a factory 16" multivan poptop :whistle

Take off alittle profit for the dealer, you can easy see how £17K price is needed to cover costs of labour & materials. These vehicles still aren't worth the resto costs.

Now down to £12,999. Wonder how low it will drop before someone bites.
