fitting rm212 fridge

Post by davidm1164 »

Hi
Is there a downloadable fitting guide, for an electrolux rm212 fridge anywhere please, i have the operating manual, but not the fitting guide. Any help would be greatly received.
Thanks Dave.

The RM122 file has instructions on flue installation - granted it's not the same model fridge but the flue arrangement looks pretty similar.

Don't forget the hole in the floor for potential gas leaks

I would (and have). You can theoretically use the one relay for both but you are compromising the split charge's capacity to recharge the leisure battery by the current usage of the fridge (approx 9amps) although you can get relays with more than one pole. The other disadvantage is if it breaks, you lose both split charge and fridge.

Up to you though, I'm sure some members use one relay for both jobs. Check the split charge wiring guide in the Wiki; current demands imposed by discharged leisure batteries can be very severe what with all the 12v equipment availablle to us these days....
