webasto hl90 diesel night heaters one 12 volt , never used came from daf optare delta come with controller box and wiring loom. ( no thermostat control box) perfect condition

Offered for 150 pounds

Is this good deal and no thermostat control box
Silly question number 1. Do I need the thermostat
To make it work in my van
