5 to 4 speed

5 to 4 speed
Is there much of a difference when swapping from a 5speed to a four speed? Is it a big job? Cheers
T25 1985-19D water cooled. owned her for three years now. On second engine, VW Caddy 19diesel.

You will need the correct gearbox mounting to suit your engine (I think petrol and diesel are different)
The gearlever and the tin box that goes below the floor under it.
And the front section of the selector shaft , going by vagcat the rear section is the same for 4 and 5 speed.
