Silver rustoleum anyone?

Post by variety »

Nellie has passed her MOT and is now in need of a revamp. Going down the rustoleum route and looking forward to the challenge! Has anyone out there tried doing the job in silver, can you get rustoleum in silver?

When we got ours I was told I could get it made up in any colour - but it cost more - and I took in the pink I wanted and they mixed it up for me. However the colour card had loads of colours on and Im sure there was a silver there.

Have you looked at the 'paint your wagon with a roller' thread? cos Im sure there are some links to colour charts - but my local decorators centre had a much larger range than I saw on here.

I'm pretty certain you can't rollerpaint metallics - I'm not sure whether I've read this on Covkid's mega-thread or just made it up though!

It's worth asking on the roller painting thread or calling Rustoleum for advice.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems but it will p.iss off enough people to make it worth the effort
