Well I had a go but not very good at it :| has anyone got a picture of where all the little pipes go :!: also which way round should the valve thing that goes into the choke pull down go. I took it off an forgot. One side is white the other black. I'm going to get a carb rebuild kit. Drive home from school and would not tick over and the backfiring nearly caused the armed police to come. Cheers. Dave

Yesssssssss!!!!!!! Done it. Took carb off. Cleaned it to within an inch of its life. Blew every hole I could see and now ticks over like a gooden. Had one small disaster. Put it all back together. Run for 30 seconds then stopped. Flooded to hell. Thought I had really broken it. Then I saw the carb floats on the toolbox  Took it apart again. Put it back properly an now works. Thanks for the help. Dave
