I'm starting to consider that as an option.

Can someone who knows the blueprints of a T25 comment on what exactly would need swapping over? I take it any donor Syncro would do? Would it matter if the Westy was diesel, and the donor was Petrol, or vice versa?

syncro doner would need to be van body not pick up and also diesel if it was diesel you wanted to end up with.

It belonged to KevH on here, it was quite bad the last time I saw it about 4 years ago.

That bus has been sold. I emailed the vendor today, as I haven't seen anything else that fits the bill, but it was sold on Monday. Any ideas who bought it?
