1.9 DG water pipe

Post by norsenoddy »

Hi noticed the metal pipe going from water pump to thermo is looking very poor , so bit the bullet and got a new one :) , now the thing is do I have to drain the whole system to replace it or can I get away with just losing a pipe full of coolant or will it just empty the system if you remove the old pipe ( I thought it would but asking just in case ) cheers

Stick it's ar$£ in the air and you'll lose a lot less and only have to bleed the engine bay :ok
