aaz turbo return pipe

Post by t25camper »

Hi guys, I will be doing a dg to aaz conversion shortly. I am in the process of gathering bits at the mo. have a cs donor van. But I was wondering if there is a suplier for the turbo return pipe to the jx sump. I am using a jx manifold with the aaz blower. Any help much appreciated!! :)

Hi T25 camper, just wondering if you managed to sought out your aaz turbo return pipe. I'm doing almost exactly the same job and have the issue and if you sorted it maybe you could pass on your knowledge to me.

Cheers,
Will.

How did you get on?

Seems brickwerks oil return line will not work if using AAZ setup...

Anyone tried using original aaz oil return line?

that link lloydy put up is specifically for AAZ isn't it? You can't use the original as it went back into the block so the return would be "uphill", and it wouldn't drain properly.

Just basing it on the info on their website.

"This pipe is designed for AAZ conversions using the exhaust manifold and turbo from a 1.6TD "JX" engine only, this pipe will not fit if you want to utilise your K03 turbo, or use the AAZ exhaust manifold set up"

Can't seem to find the flange for the oil return hose either. If anyone has one going spare I'll gladly part with some cash for it. Must fit KKK K03 turbo.
