I learnt about a 3 pulley system recently. I hadn't realised what potential they have until now. I'm a bit surprised these types of systems aren't already ustilied in recovery situations.

I learnt about a 3 pulley system recently. I hadn't realised what potential they have until now. I'm a bit surprised these types of systems aren't already ustilied in recovery situations.

Your going to have to do a hell of a lot on the Hi-Lift to take up all that rope/wire. When I was looking for plasma rope to replace the heavy steel wire on my winch (its super expensive) I was bummed out because I thought I only needed 9 meters and it only comes on a 30 meter length or something. I have since found out why it comes in such a long length as pulling straight out is seen as vulgar![]()

Chemistry, physics and biology were combined into a double award GCSE when I was at school. No clear distinction between them. I got a Double BWhich was about the only thing I was good at.
