anyone know what the gap is on the tappets on a 2.0l air cooled

If you got the original hydraulic lifters there isn't one as such.

hmmm not sure now i didnt know they did hydrolic tappets on a pushrod engine,i did see the adjusters on the rocker arm when i took off the rocker cover

yeah prob will i just cant understand how you would get a hydrolic tappet on a pushrod engine???ie pushrod to rocker to valve . where would the hydrolic tappet go???

Hydraulic lifter. Sits under the push-rod.

If your engine has had solid lifters fitted then refer to the wiki.

cam to lifter (tappet) to pushrod to rocker

Most people call rockers tappets.. it's a common mistake with flat four engines :D
