rocker cover problem

van was leaking oil,so had look under van clip round rocker was loose was put on in wrong place, my problem is where it should be, there is an old clip snapped off in both holes 1 or 2mm sticking out ,any idea how to get them out ,i've tried oil and pliers no joy. thanks :(

Hello,

Well you'll just have to get the bits out, they will be held in by rust and crud.

But just clip in.

Fit new gaskets, what about oe quality rockerbox covers :?: , ...you know it makes sense ,,,

Fit new spring clips, the right way round...looking sad :wink:

Push them up with a bit of grease to help. Dont lever with a screwdriver :roll: :roll:

Hopefully no leaks. :)

Are they the bolt in ones, are they easy to fit. :?:
