Right going to do my rocker caps what is the best/easiest way to do they

No need more info, areyou setting the valves? They are usually hydraulic and don't need adjustment unless changed for solid lifters.

as said.. unless youve had it apart and replaced owt, nit much point.. but if you do venture in there, then you may find rather worn adjusting screws and maybe a worn valve stem.. its not uncommon..

The only thing I recomend when you have to readjust the tappets, is set them to just touching and then wind in 1/2 a turn preload.. this is of course for each cyl at TDC when both valves are shut..

Make sure if you have the pushrods out/moved that they are seated back in the cup in the cam follower.. a small torch is very handy to help squint down the pushrod tubes...
