just got back from bustypes engine ran well, non turbo origanel 1.7 diesal,but ive got a fuel leak,as you look at the engine,the 1st injector nearest the cambelt there is whot looks like a spare nipple which has a cover,the cover has perished any ideas whot its called and where i get the cover cheers in advance

You get them from GSF or any motor factors they are return feed blanks, I paid £1 for the last one bloody rip off for a little bit of rubber.

You can also get them from Halfords in a packet with a meter of hose so you replace that as well.

went to gsf traford park none in stock,needed new air filter anyway,went to local car spares shop in stock 50p now back on the road

The rubber blanks seem to harden and perish very easily. Best thing i have found is a small length of 3mm fuel resistant pipe with a screw in the end - looks a bit gash, but seems to last a lot longer than the rubber cap.
