Re: Pls Help me Identify these Missing Connections
the first picture is the fuel pump it looks like it is no longer being used so you must have a electric pump fitted elsewhere , either make or buy a blanking plate for a type 4 engine , available from any type 4 engine tuners you can use the base of the fuel pump as a template or just remove and fit a new gasket below the pump to stop the oil leak , it will do no harm if you want to save money , the 3rd picture should have a blanking plug fitted either find the correct plug or use some oil resistant pipe and bung the end up with a bolt or silicon sealant ,
Re: Pls Help me Identify these Missing Connections
Hi faggie,
Thks for yr inputs, but i still can't figure out the fuel pump thingy... googled for blank plate but none of them looks like the profile in my picture one.. Any insights?
Also, any clue as to the alternator wire?
Cheers..

The picture of your fuel pump or should I say remains of it, looks like somebody has cut the pump part off and just left the base/mount. Just get another and gaskets. should sort problem.
Mmm what's that strange smell from my exhaust...
