new front welded
put my new front end on today but i could only get a water cooled version so i cut the vw out of a caddy boot and welded that in took a bit of measureing but on its way and looking good

- do you think it will rstrict airflow to the rad a bit? Ive always assumed VW put the bottom grill in for a reason

Ahhhhhhh yes - I read that backwards...... no problems then just looks good!

did a bit more today all welded up now ,did a bit of filling whilst dodgeing the rain just needs a bit more filling and shapeing and then ready for a bit of paint
also cut a bit of rot out of the door and welded a plate in there but im sure you dont wanna see that,i think it deffinatley needs the square lights and grill
i thought of some universal ones ive seen on ebay for streetfighter bikes but i dont wanna go too far with the customizing

spot welded mith mig through indicator holes clamped it up from top
