Roger and Jes are right on the money! We're all old enough to know better...and wise enough to know when to hold back and leave it to the kids who heal faster. I hope?
It's got to be all-abilities friendly, get the offspring along to show them how it's done/embarrass them with bad dress sense etc.
Dig out your old jerseys...Volvo Cannondale team issue for me!

Bedgebury is nice, I'd be up for that. Should be a few places to camp in the area

This is looking reasonably popular then! A bit of a get-together in the Garden of England (other venues are available), find out just how Fat and Weak(tm) we all are, claw back some fitness, then go to Wales for some tunnel-vision inducing, vomit-raising, lung-bursting fun...bring it on!

It'll be good for us, until we start visiting bike shops on a Saturday morning again

My truck gets used much more for transporting bikes,we have six at present, between two of us,or collecting wood for the woodburner than it ever does for offroading.
..same here, does a fair bit of moving stuff, some very heavy, and some lighter but messier!

Oh! MTB, never been an initiate, let alone an early adopter, but done the Ridgeway (slowly) within living memory and a bit of dicing with decents, mostly unplanned. Would need an upgrade before contemplating (me as well as the bike, something weird happened to a leg last time I cycled up a long steep hill)

I actually cycled to work yesterday! Because of local roadworks it currently takes 30 mins to go 2 miles :rofl

Blimey I am unfit though... More time needed in the saddle to grow my lungs again!
