Hi all after putting a slightly bigger side window in the van what's the best way to trim the the hole prefer no hot work any ideas cheers

What about the corners not enough meat to get a jigsaw on.

Get as close as you can to the corners with an angle grinder... then a good old file to tidy up the corners.

Could even probably use the edge of the grinder's blade for the corners?
