Westy Sliding window/caravelle
does anyone know if the sliding glass elements are sided- ie can i use near side glass pane on the off side?

they are handed , the outer glass is the front section otherwise when you are on the motorway the seal is trying to keep out 60mph wind and rain
oh and the drain slots are only in the bottom channel so if you fit them upside down water will come in in heavy rain

Probably didn't make myself clear . I was thinking about cannibalising an offside window set to get the glass to replace my broken nearsidenotinted if that makes sense?

interested in this result. i think if you are talking about sliding door and opposite side then they are different lengths. am guessing that this then makes it relevant if windows are for a rhd or lhd van and would need to be specific. hope your window fits !

Bit of a rubbish answer but it turns out that the unit I bought on EBay was the correct one anyway so I didn't need to mess about with the glass....
