Re: swanage
Hi Nicko
There are loads of sites around the Swanage area, google Campsites near Swanage. In fairness I've only stayed at the Caravan Club site and that was a few years ago.
I'm sure you'll get a few recommendations

Hi, we used to stay at Norden farm just outside Corfe Castle, short walk from good pub 'The Fox' in Corfe, not been there for awhile though. Also heard good reports from 'Tom's Field' at Langton Matravers. HTH

Burnbake's another good one. No nearby pub, but very pretty. Wild style camping in an ancient wood. Tents and campervans only... none of the satellite dish suburbia contingent. And very sociable. Lots of fires going into the small hours. Not mega noisy, but wouldn't suit those who expect lights-out-no-talking at 10pm.
