Thinning water based primer

This might be a silly question, but what do you thin water based primer with?
I want to roller it on so only looking to thin it slightly.

You'll need water based thinner. Your local paint factors will stock it.

Don't be tempted to use tap water :shock: :rofl

Cheers for the info, in the end it didnt need thinning. Just rollered it on stright out the tin.
