I bought one of these from out of a BT van - it basically plumbs into your engine cooling system and your cold water supply and uses the engine heat to provide you with hot water. It's about the size of a football plus the plumbing pipes.
Has anyone fitted one of these and if so, where did you put it?

Re: Fitting position for a calorifier
Dont know what all that steam talk is about!
Basicly just an indirect way of heating the cold water, If I was to fit one of these I would fit it before the thermostat so that it is being heated constantly.
Is there any way of managing the temperature of the hot water from this?
