Standard syncro jack

Post by BAYVELLE »

Was the standard vw jack for the syncro longer than standard?
Or do 2wd and syncro all use the same?

The jack that came with my syncro is higher than my 2wd one, only by about an inch but definitely higher.
whether it lifts it any higher I dont know.

maybe the suffix C one is longer but it was also supplied with late 2wds and was the replacement one for all vehicles ? We'll have to have a compare and measure, but I know the 16" extension doesn't fit the early one with the metal top, the late ones had the plastic top
