Gonna start with the seams, which don't look too bad, but need sorting (think I know what I need to do here) and then the roof lining - actually all the linings in the HiTop - are looking pretty sorry. I don't know much about how roof linings are put together / attached, but before just hacking it all out (and regretting it later), I wonder if anyone has any tips / knows of a "how to" site, pics etc...?
In particular I would appreciate any steers on where to get material.My instinct is to try and stay as original as possible (it's a sort of oatmeal coloured coarse sackcloth), but open to other ideas. The seats are generally quite good (drivers is just starting to wear) but If I can find the right material I might do these to.
I also gather that " to insulate or not to insulate" is a bit of a debate...
