that looks like one of the pair of green 16s that were doing the rounds a few years ago. one was pulling the other on a trailer and they both had project zwo bumpers. last time i saw them they had had the bumpers and other bits removed. looks like they have gone the whole hog this time and removed the running one and all of the good bits off the trailered one.
i will be interested to see what it fetches. it looks reasonably solid. and at least you wouldnt have to go to the trouble of stripping it down for restoration...
