where can i get the best roof canvas for my 83 west

Preparing to bring out our westie for its 1st summer with us,

A californian 1983 complete with death valley dust and a very tattered pop top so need to buy and fit new. Have heard horror stories of inferior canvases too small and rip when fitting. I would rather pay for quality and invest in a long weekend with a staple gun to fit properly. would welcome tips on where best to buy and how to fit
