3 point seat belt help?

Post by Roffy »

Hi , Im looking to install 2 X 3point seat belts in the rear in my 1980 T25. Does anyone know of a) company that might do this in the London area, and b) where i can buy coloured belts , rather than black ones. I think I'll go for the static types, i'm trying to avoid a big roller in the back that I'm bound to smack my head on in the morning. Any thoughts/feedback on statics would be helpful too.

Brickwerks sell the kits, the reels fit behind the side panel so you can't bang your head. Depending on your model you may already have the captive nuts in place. If not Brickwerks sell those aswell, any compotent welder should be able to fit them for you.

Quickfit (nothing to do with kwikfit) in Middlesex are supposed to be brilliant, they supply and fit, and are probably less than an hour from you? Pretty sure they do loads of colours too :D

If they are not there you have to create the fixing points. Otherwise what do you bolt the belts to?

Search for 3 point seatbelts as there are 1million and one different posts going over the same thing over and over again. :ok
