How long before a "surf bus" is something that drives down the beach, out to sea, and rides a wave back in?

And on the surfing of Utube I liked the Radiant vehicles from Belarus in extremeoffroadexpeditions.com
Seems that they keep them light with big floaty tyres, small motor inside the sealed cabin mid mounted.

Here they are cruising in Siberia, where luckily there dont seem to be too many blackthorn bushes,
anyway even if it did shred a tube, they only seem to be tied on to the rims with rope!

Extraordinary, they really look like toys, and very fragile really. Very long and thin suspension components, but clearly they work. Tyres really do look like inner tubes tied on, are they? Very cheap if they were,
