Am swapping over door innards and glass onto a rust free door tomorrow but not sure if there is some method of fitting the rubber and opening quarter to new door? Thnx

opposite of you removing from old door, the hardest part youve done and thats breaking the seal of the rubber to the aperature, when refitting a smear of vaselene helps seat the rubber, dont nip all the nuts/bolt up till theyre all in/on and you set stuff in the right position

Cheers MM three hours later all's well. Ended up using wd40 on rubber which was not in the plan but we got desperate. T
