Working om my van and ive noticed that the side panel around the rear windows is not fixed in any way to the inner section of the van. Is this normal?
Just wondered if it was worth adding some bracing between the two parts.

Thats because its a panel van conversion. If it was a factory van it would have the inner and outer joined where the seal would sit. As for bracing, I cant say i have seen anything done before as the glass will add a certain amount of rigidity to the panel.

Do you know where you can get the inner window seal that you've peeled away? Mines the same a converted panel van but I have a large section of the inner seal missing.
Thanks in advance.

Not my dawg, it's my mate's. To be fair I've never trodden in anything unpleasant round his place so maybe the dog does use the portapotti.....

Dazzler 441 - hello there! I was wondering how you got on with the new rear window inner seal. I have the same problem you had and looking for a seal to do the job - which seal did you go for and how did it work out?
