Hi a couple of questions. I am getting new panels fitted on my van and i need to get the stuff that you stick in the inside of them to help stop vibration.
Question 1 could someone please tell me what they are called?
2 where would i be able to get them?

I remember reading this article which is linked to from the Wiki http://www.type2.com/library/heat/heat-soundproof.html It gives a good description as to what you need to be thinking about when rebuilding the interior etc.
