Exhaust

Post by Sunseeker »

What is the difference in exhaust for a T25 DG 1984 engine to a T25 DG 1986 engine? Can a 1984 exhaust fit a 1986 engine or do I need to purchase a new exhaust for my newer engine?
Will there be any mechanical issues or will the old still work with the new?

there's a fantastic article in the wiki explaining all of this... :ok

In a nut shell you can fit late exhausts on early vans but you'll need a few extra items to secure the silencer.
going the other way is even easier, just removal of the support brackets.
