Yes.
But...the wheel centre bores may need machining out to clear the grease caps?
And...are the wheels strong enough to take the weight of a T25 camper?
And....you'll also need matching load rated tyres.
As for "will they fit"....PCD wise yes but the above answers may mean no.
There's no 'r' in bought!
