You will have to wait a while. It'll probably be months before you get one. You really should consider LHD.

What is your budget? Buying cheap is a false economy really. LHD opens your options up in the lower price range, but they will still be projects

Well in all now about £5000. Definightly not wanting a project. Has to be a runner.

With the 2wd can they do as much as the 4x4?

Everything is a project .......

If a 2WD could do as much as a Syncro then there wouldnt be Syncros!

My Audi A4 will do as much as a 2WD .. !! My Freelander wouldn't be as good as a Syncro.

2wd is not good off road. You might get lucky for 5k. but prices are going up. RHD really limits you

I have tryed to consider most things like converting lhd to rhd or getting a 2wd and converting to syncro but unless i sell my car and my mini then im not going to be able to get one.

But theres allways the lottery :)

I think you are getting all confused with yourself in your attempts to get a Syncro. It took me two attempts and 3 years to get the right one for me.

Converting a 2WD to 4WD is fine but you need to know all about them before you even start and then you need a spare Syncro

Converting a LHD to RHD is not that easy as the bulkhead and cabin floorpan has to be changed. Big job ..... I looked and asked a body shop to have a look at it for me. They said about 2 grand would cover it! But first I needed the correct panels ..... !!

Why won't you drive a LHD?
